AT5 GPS Terms and Conditions:

The FREE GPS Hardware program works as follows: 1st you need to order an AT5 Real-Time Vehicle Tracking System. We need to charge you a hardware deposit which is 100% refundable.

(We would love to not charge a deposit but the 1st wave of free units that went out had a number of customers that never planed to activate the service and we just saw the AT5 for sale on Ebay.

Upon purchase, you authorize Bluewater Security Professionals, LLC to charge your credit/debit card a one time refundable* hardware deposit, plus the first month service fee, plus a one time activation fee and shipping charges as selected by you at check-out. (Service fees , activation fees and shipping charges are not refundable) In addition you authorize Bluewater Security Professionals, LLC to Charge your card for all subsequent monthly service fees based on the terms and conditions below. These charges are per unit ordered. Refundable hardware and service fees are below. If the GPS is active for a period of 18 months with all the monthly payments made on time, the hardware deposit will be refunded. In addition if you return the hardware at any time, your hardware deposit will be refunded.

*The refundable hardware deposit covers any damage to or loss of the AT5 Tracking Device. Should Bluewater Security Professionals, LLC determine that any part of the product is damaged by the customer or missing parts upon return, any and all labor charges and/or parts required to repair the unit will be deducted from the deposit. If the hardware is not repairable and/or not returned, the full deposit on those items will not be refunded.

The service period begins 1 day (Monday through Friday) after the GPS Device is delivered to you.  

The monthly service fee is automatically charged monthly every month on the day your service began until the AT5 GPS Tracking Device is returned based on the service plan you choose on your activation form.

Example: You purchase the device on May 4th. The GPS Device is delivered May 8th. Your service plan and charges begin May 9th. Unless the GPS device is returned and delivered to us BEFORE the 9th of the following month, you will be responsible for the next month service fee (June) based on the plan you selected. The monthly service fee is automatically charged monthly every month on the day your service began until the AT5 GPS Tracking Device is returned

We are not responsible for shipping delays back to us. We recommend using a traceable shipping courier like UPS, FedEx or US Postal Service to ship your hardware back.
