MAPS and REPORTS

Find Screen: Locate specific or multiple address's on the map (Nationwide). Automatically locate the closest vehicle to a specific address. Replace street data addresses with customer names. You can select to view one vehicle or a fleet of vehicles. "Ping" the vehicle for on demand vehicle location information between the scheduled 5 minute updates. Start/Stop Report: The Start/Stop Report details each stop the vehicle makes and the length of the stop. This reports details moving time, miles driven, maximum speed, stop length, and the approximate address location of the stop. Click here to see a sample of these maps/reports

Begin and End of Day Report: The Begin and End of Day Report represents the first and last report for each day. This report also calculates the total miles driven for each day as well as a month. The report also allows managers to dispatch employees from home without concern for vehicle/time misuse. Click here to see a sample of these maps/reports

Speed Report: The Speed Report lists all positions that were over a user defined.  Click here to see a sample of these maps/reports

Fleet Report: Analyze (side by side comparison) Total Mileage, Total Stops, Average Stop Lengths, and Average Stops per day for any defined Fleet or group of drivers in a Daily, Weekly, or Monthly report. Detailed Activity Report: The Detailed Activity Report is a listing of all positions that were transmitted for that day. Click here to see a sample of these maps/reports
 
Alerts: The alerts notify managers of vehicle first movement of the day , location arrivals, speeding, odd hours operation and if a vehicle enters or exits a certain zone. These alerts could allow fleet managers to be updated of vehicle status whether they themselves are in or out of the office.

Route History: This map shows the route taken like a "bread crumb trail". Visually displays the efficiency of the route traveled or any deviations from the "scheduled" route. Zones and Geo-Fencing: Zones (which can be as small or large as you like) are used to highlight activity inside or outside a specific geographical area. Zone violations generate email alerts. Click here to see a sample of these maps/reports
